Love....Hmmm

Love.

Hey bloggers it's Friday and because I love you guys so much I'm not waiting until the last minute to write this blog.

So love. That is a huge topic and extremely vague. There are so many things I could talk about. There's the obvious have I ever been in love question and the answer is... I don't know. I've been in two relationships before. They were both in 8th grade. Robby was my first boyfriend and I dated him for three months. And yes before you start pestering Katie, Emily, or I it is the same Robby that Katie is dating and that Emily crushed on in 7th grade. I broke up with him a week after winter break ended. I guess I realized that I felt like we were more of just friends. And to this day he is still one of my best friends.

My second boyfriend was Chris. He was my giant teddy bear. He was 6 foot and had curly hair. I dated Chris for 6 months. It ended because I moved and he broke up with me over an email. I definitely saw it coming but I at least thought that he would have the decency to break up with me in person. He knew I was moving and I visited often enough. This is us at the Harry Potter Expedition. It was so fun.

I also love my family and friends. And food and everything else.

Sarah I'll read you tomorrow. Hopefully?

Always the Purplest,

Quote:"Love is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. That is just being "in love" which any of us can convince ourselves we are. Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident. Your mother and I had it, we had roots that grew towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossom had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two."
